PHYSIOANATOMY LYMPHATIC VESSEL SUPPLEMENT — 2026-11-02 Author/source: SciSim, Human Body Systems https://scisim.org/sims/biology/human_body_systems Source metadata: https://scisim.org/assets/models/anat_systems.json?v=20261013 Source geometry: https://scisim.org/assets/models/anat_systems.bin.gz?v=20261013 SciSim identifies its lymph vessels as modeled by SciSim and releases derived model files under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ Adaptation: PhysioTech separated the 11 pre-existing connected vessel surfaces into individually selectable structures, recomputed normals and supplied Korean and English labels and independently authored factual summaries. Source vertex positions and faces are retained; no new branches were generated, no nodes were connected, and no coordinate translation, scaling or deformation was applied. The adapted GLB and asset register are provided under CC BY-SA 4.0. Files: models/lymphatic-vessels-scisim-v1/lymphatic-vessels.glb data/lymphatic-vessels-scisim-v1.json The register contains the exact source/adapted file hashes and coordinate checks. Named source spleen, thymus and tonsil centres agree with the preserved Z atlas within 0.11 mm, supporting the shared metre/Y-up coordinate frame. This checks registration, not independent clinical validation of every vessel trajectory. Scope: representative educational major ducts, trunks and collecting routes. It is not an exhaustive microscopic lymphatic network or patient-specific model. The existing 163 Z-Anatomy lymph-node and lymphoid-organ structures are retained. Source author notes also state their enlarged lymph nodes; those source nodes, organs, blood vessels, body envelopes and other systems are NOT included in this supplement. Only the existing lymph_vessels surface is adapted. Existing Z-Anatomy/BodyParts3D source notices and licences remain unchanged. App code, account logic and patient data are not part of this model package.
