개인정보처리방침
이 안내는 피지오테크 공통 계정과 인앱 구매를 제공하는 PhysioAnatomy 버전에 적용합니다. 해당 기능이 없는 기존 버전은 계정·체험 정보를 처리하지 않습니다. 해부학 장면·이미지·주석은 기본적으로 기기에 보관하며 공통 계정에 자동 동기화하지 않습니다.
1. 선택형 공통 계정
개선 기간 동안 전체 해부학과 기능을 로그인·결제·기간 제한 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 로그인하면 로그인 제공자와 공통 인증 서비스가 제공하는 계정 식별자, 이메일 및 제공된 프로필 정보, 로그인 토큰을 인증과 계정 관리에 처리합니다. Apple의 가리기 이메일도 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱은 별도의 휴대폰 번호·생년월일·성별을 요구하지 않습니다.
2. 무료 이용과 기존 체험 기록
현재 버전은 14일 체험을 새로 시작하거나 만료에 따라 기능을 제한하지 않습니다. 과거 버전의 계정별 체험 기록과 기존 구매 기록은 보존합니다. 이후 요금제가 바뀌더라도 이번 무료 이용만으로 자동 결제되지 않습니다.
3. 구매 및 혜택 코드
일반 배포 버전의 신규 판매는 중단합니다. 기존 구매 복원은 기기의 공식 스토어에서 처리하며, 앱은 상품 식별자와 거래·영수증·이용권 정보를 확인합니다. 별도 개발용 테스트 버전에서만 명시적으로 결제 테스트를 제공합니다. 운영자는 카드 번호나 결제 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 기존 영구 이용권은 유지됩니다.
4. 기기 저장·카메라·공유
장면, 선택 상태, 마커, 주석, 그리기와 환경설정은 기기 또는 브라우저 저장소에 보관됩니다. 로그인이나 구매만으로 이 자료를 운영자에게 업로드하지 않습니다. 앱은 AR 카메라 영상이나 환경 지도를 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않으며 클라우드 앵커·위치 추적을 사용하지 않습니다. 기기의 AR 서비스 제공자가 처리하는 정보에는 해당 제공자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용되며, AR 시작 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 직접 이미지 내보내기나 운영체제 공유를 선택하면 지정한 대상에 결과물이 전달됩니다.
4-1. Android AR 서비스 정보
Android의 AR 기능은 Google이 제공하는 ARCore를 사용합니다. AR 지원 확인과 실행 과정에서 Google은 계정 또는 기기 식별자, API 사용·앱 활동, 성능·진단 정보를 처리하고 분석 및 AR 품질 개선을 위해 보관합니다. 앱은 클라우드 앵커·Geospatial·위치 추적 기능을 사용하지 않으며 카메라 영상·공간 지도를 운영자 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용에는 Google 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. Google이 보관하는 자료의 관리·삭제는 해당 정책을 확인해 주세요.
5. 인증 서비스
공통 계정 인증에는 Supabase와 Cloudflare 기반 피지오테크 서비스를 이용하며, Apple·Google 로그인은 각 제공자의 정책도 적용됩니다. 계정의 인증 기록과 기능별 이용권 확인은 해부학 장면 데이터와 구분해 처리합니다. 광고·행동 추적을 목적으로 로그인 정보를 사용하지 않습니다.
6. 로그아웃 및 공통 계정 삭제
내 계정 → 계정 관리에서 로그아웃하거나 공통 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 공통 계정 삭제는 피지오바디 등 연결된 앱의 동일 계정에도 영향을 주며, 앱에서 범위를 확인하고 최종 삭제를 선택해야 실행됩니다. 기기의 해부학 저장 자료와 스토어 구매는 자동 삭제·환불되지 않습니다. 기기 자료는 앱의 개별 삭제·초기화 또는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 관리로 별도 삭제할 수 있습니다.
공통 계정 서비스는 재체험 방지용 해시 식별값을 서버 정책에 따라 최대 365일 보관할 수 있습니다. 삭제 전 실제 적용 정책과 보관 기간을 표시합니다. 법령상 필요한 기록이나 외부 서비스의 삭제 처리에는 별도 보관·처리 기간이 적용될 수 있습니다. Apple 로그인 연결의 추가 해제 여부도 확인해야 합니다. 로그아웃이나 삭제 요청 접수만으로 모든 서비스의 삭제 완료를 표시하지 않습니다.
7. 교육 참고 범위와 문의

Privacy Policy
This notice applies to versions offering the shared PhysioTech account and in-app purchases. Earlier versions without those features do not process account or trial information. Scenes, images and annotations remain on-device by default and are not automatically synchronized through your account.
1. Optional shared account
All anatomy and features are available without sign-in, payment or a time limit during improvements. Optional authentication processes account identifiers, email, any supplied profile information and authentication tokens. Apple private relay emails are supported. No separate phone number, birth date or gender is required.
2. Free access and prior trial records
This version does not start a new 14-day trial or restrict features when a trial expires. Existing trial and purchase records are retained. Free access does not authorize any later automatic charge.
3. Purchases and codes
New sales are paused in the public version. This device's official store handles restoration of existing purchases; the app checks product identifiers and transaction, receipt and entitlement information. Only a separate developer test build offers explicit billing tests. We do not receive card numbers or payment passwords. Existing lifetime purchases are retained.
4. Local data, camera and sharing
Scenes, selections, markers, annotations, drawings and preferences remain in device/browser storage. Sign-in or purchase does not upload these records to us. The app does not send AR camera video or environment maps to our servers and does not use cloud anchors or location tracking. Information processed by the device's AR service provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy, available in the AR startup notice. Explicit image exports and operating-system sharing send the result to your chosen destination.
4-1. Android AR service information
Android AR uses ARCore provided by Google. During support checks and AR operation, Google processes account or device identifiers, API usage and app activity, and performance and diagnostic information, retaining it for analytics and AR quality improvement. The app does not use Cloud Anchors, Geospatial or location tracking, and does not upload camera video or environment maps to our servers. Use is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Consult Google about management and deletion of information it retains.
5. Authentication services
Shared authentication uses PhysioTech services based on Supabase and Cloudflare, together with Apple or Google under their policies. Account authentication and entitlement checks are separate from anatomy scene data. Sign-in information is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.
6. Sign-out and shared-account deletion
Request account and data deletion without the app
My account → Account settings provides sign-out and shared-account deletion. Deletion affects the same account in linked apps, including PhysioBody. It requires scope review and final confirmation. Local anatomy data and store purchases are not automatically erased or refunded. Manage local records separately through the app or operating system.
The shared-account service may retain hashed anti-retrial identifiers for up to 365 days under its server policy. The applicable retention period is displayed before deletion. Legally required records or external-service cleanup may have additional retention/processing requirements. Check any remaining Sign in with Apple authorization. Sign-out or acceptance of a deletion request does not mean every service has finished deleting data.
