계정·관련 데이터 삭제 요청
앱이 설치되어 있지 않아도 이메일로 계정과 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 링크는 메일 작성 창을 열며, 누르는 것만으로 발송하거나 계정을 삭제하지 않습니다.

요청 방법
- 제목에 ‘PhysioAnatomy 계정·데이터 삭제 요청’을 적어 주세요.
- 사용한 로그인 방식(Apple 또는 Google)과 계정을 확인할 수 있는 이메일을 알려주세요. Apple 이메일 가리기를 사용했다면 연결된 가리기 이메일을 알려주시면 됩니다.
- 계정 소유와 삭제 범위를 확인한 뒤 처리합니다. 확인 전에는 삭제하지 않으며, 확인이 어려우면 추가 안내를 드립니다.
비밀번호, 인증번호, 신분증, 카드 번호, 환자·회원 자료를 보내지 마세요.
공통 계정 삭제 범위
공통 계정 삭제는 피지오아나토미만의 로그아웃과 다릅니다. 피지오바디 등 같은 피지오테크 계정을 사용하는 연결 앱에도 영향을 줍니다. 계정 정보·연결된 인증 정보·체험 기록 등 관련 서버 데이터 삭제를 요청하는 절차이며, 최종 범위를 확인합니다.
보존되는 항목과 기기 자료
재체험 방지용 해시 식별값은 서버 정책에 따라 최대 365일 보관할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록 및 외부 서비스 처리 상태는 적용되는 경우 별도로 안내합니다. 계정 삭제는 스토어 구매 취소·환불을 의미하지 않습니다. App Store·Google Play 구매 내역은 각 스토어에서 관리합니다.
기기에 저장된 해부학 장면·그림·이미지는 서버 계정 삭제로 자동 제거되지 않습니다. 앱의 개별 삭제·초기화 또는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 관리에서 직접 삭제해 주세요. 앱에서도 ‘내 계정 → 계정 관리’에서 공통 계정 삭제 절차를 시작할 수 있습니다.
Account and data deletion request
PhysioTech provides this route for PhysioAnatomy users, including those who no longer have the app. Email sunki53@gmail.com with the subject “PhysioAnatomy account and data deletion request”, your Apple/Google sign-in method and the email associated with that account. Private relay emails are supported. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, payment card details or patient data.
Ownership and scope are verified before deletion. Deleting the shared PhysioTech account affects linked apps such as PhysioBody. The request covers the account and associated server data, including authentication links and trial records. Hashed anti-retrial identifiers may be retained for up to 365 days under server policy; applicable legal retention or external cleanup is explained separately. Local anatomy scenes/images are not automatically removed. Manage those in the app or operating system. Store purchases are not cancelled or refunded by account deletion.
